NEW YORK–(COMMERCIAL THREAD) – Iron Spark I Inc. (NASDAQ Capital Market: ISAA) (“Iron Spark” or the “Company”), a special purpose acquisition company, today announced that its board of directors has declared a Quarterly cash dividend of $ 0.05 per bearer share of its Class A common shares which were authorized on June 24, 2021. The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2021 to shareholders of record on October 8, 2021.
